Lovely coffee

The sample packs are a great way to try coffee without having to buy in bulk. The coffee was fresh and tasted wonderful. Highly recommend as a way of finding your favourite coffee

Great Coffee

Original order was lost by Royal Mail (postal confirmation seen) but Harry sorted out a new pack and gave me a refund for the inconvenience. Only tasted one of the tasters so far but it makes a lovely well balanced coffee - I am a dark roast man so think I will enjoy the dark roats more but this is a very nice coffee and made friends staying several cups and everyone was quite happy.

Sometimes things go wrong that are outside of the business's control - like in this instance - but it is a measure of their ability to recover and keep th customer happy that marks them out as a business I think I want to deal with again.
