Shipping policy

Delivery:

Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Sat will be shipped the following business day.

At this time, we are only able to deliver to UK mainland.

Standard shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class. Once shipped, ETA is 2-4 business days (Mon-Sat).

Express shipping is Royal Mail 1st class. Once shipped, ETA is 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat).

 

Orders from £25 will be shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 2nd class.

Collection is available from our coffee shop in Waterlooville (CrossFit Iron Duke PO7 7XQ). Please see our opening hours. Feel free to check with us in advance if you have not been before.
